Hotkey Spammer does exactly what you think: spams hotkeys. It is tailored to MMORPG games in which you are often utilizing the numbered keys (inc. "-" and "=") to trigger certain abilities. The default settings for all the hotkeys. Every numbered button will be spammed every 75 ms (including numbered buttons used with modifier keys, e.g. Shift + 1).
